POETRY ART CARDS These are truly lovely. A remarkable collaboration of words and images pairing 13th U.S. Poet Laureate Ted Kooser's poetry and Michael's photographs. Cards are signed by both Mike and Ted. These cards are collectable and suitable for framing.

TOP GREEN TIPS FOR BUSINESSES – you might even save some $$ GREEN

1. Turn off equipment when it is not being used- this can save up to 25%. Turning the computers off at the end of the day can save up to 50%.

2. Encourage email communications whenever possible; and read onscreen communications first to determine if printing is necessary. When you are done with that paper, Recycle it. Up to 40% of the garbage in our landfills is paper that could have been recycled.

3. Detect and repair leaks in all systems (internal and external). One drop of water wasted per second wastes nearly 3,000 gallons of water per year.

4. Replace your bottled water with a water filter or cooler. Bottled water costs two-to three times as much as gasoline. And generates over 1.5 billion tons of plastic that will not break down in landfills for tens of thousands of years.

5. Use your own mug – for coffee that is. And bring your own re-usable water bottle. Again, think of all that stuff in the landfills – and all the money you'll save buying disposable cups!

6. Apply the 3 R's to your office machines and electronics, too. Refill ink cartridges, recycle your electronics safely. In fact, many vendors will recycle your old machines when you purchase a new one. Or donate it to a local school or non-profit.
